De voorbereidingen op het nieuwe cricketseizoen zijn begonnen. Degenen die hun (spelend of niet-spelend) cricketlidmaatschap willen wijzigen of onverhoopt zelfs willen opzeggen wijzen wij erop dat zij dit uiterlijk 31 december 2020 dienen aan te geven.

Lidmaatschap wijzigen of opzeggen?

Het cricketseizoen is alweer enkele maanden geleden geëindigd. Wij hopen uiteraard dat u ook volgend seizoen lid bent van onze vereniging. Degenen die hun lidmaatschap willen wijzigen of onverhoopt zelfs willen opzeggen wijzen wij erop dat zij dit uiterlijk 31 december dienen aan te geven[1]. Dit kan per e-mail (ledenadministratie@konhcvv.nl) of per post (Ledenadministratie Kon. HC en VV, Van Hogenhoucklaan 37, 2596 TA Den Haag). Daar kunt u ook terecht met eventuele vragen. Met vragen kunt u zich uiteraard ook wenden tot een der bestuursleden van HCC of de jeugdcommissie van HCC. Als u na 31 december opzegt bent u de volledige contributie voor het seizoen 2021 verschuldigd.

Al snel na 1 januari wordt begonnen met de teamindeling voor de cricketcompetitie. Wilt u een familielid of een ander in uw omgeving aanmelden dan kan dat door het digitale inschrijfformulier in te vullen. Klik daartoe hier.

Wijzigingen contributie 2021

Cricketen op HCC wordt, met name voor combinatiesporters, ook financieel steeds aantrekkelijker. Ten opzichte van 2020 is alleen een inflatiecorrectie op de tarieven toegepast.

• Juniorleden van HVV tot en met 7 jaar (geboren in 2013 of later) kunnen kosteloos deelnemen aan het cricketseizoen. Voor niet-voetballers is de contributie verhoogd van 56 euro naar 58 euro.
• Juniorleden van HVV (tussen 2003 en 2012) betalen een cricketcontributie van 84 euro (was 81 euro). Voor niet-voetballers is de contributie 142 euro (was 137 euro).
• De contributie van jonge senioren die lid zijn van HVV (geboren tussen 1995 en 2002) stijgt van 61 euro naar 63 euro voor het cricketlidmaatschap. Voor niet-voetballers is de contributie 249 euro (was 242 euro).
• De seniorencontributie cricket (vanaf 26 jaar, geboren in 1994 of eerder) bedraagt 162 euro (was: 157 euro) voor voetballeden en 348 euro (was 338 euro) voor niet-voetballers.

Voor niet-spelende leden van de vereniging bedraagt de toeslag voor het lidmaatschap van de cricketafdeling 42 euro.

Toeslag bij betaling zonder automatische incasso

Inmiddels maakt 98,5% van onze leden gebruik van automatische incasso. Voor de vereniging levert dit een flinke reductie op van de administratieve werkzaamheden en kosten. In de gepubliceerde contributietarieven is een korting van 25 euro verwerkt voor betaling via automatische incasso. Deze korting geldt niet indien geen incassomachtiging is afgegeven.

Meld u aan voor automatische incasso

Voor degenen die nog geen machtiging hebben afgegeven: automatische incasso betekent dat u geen omkijken meer hebt naar uw betaling. Ook wordt de betaling automatisch gespreid in drie termijnen (rond de 25ste in februari, maart en april) en voorkomt u boetes voor te late betaling.

Meld u daarom nu aan voor automatische incasso. Download daartoe het machtigingsformulier. U kunt het na invulling inscannen en mailen naar ledenadministratie@konhcvv.nl of per post sturen t.a.v. de Ledenadministratie, Van Hogenhoucklaan 37, 2596 TA Den Haag.

Preparations for the new cricket season have started. Should you wish to revise your (playing or non-playing) membership or even wish to end it (which of course we hope you will not), please note that the club must be advised of these changes no later than December 31st.

Revising or terminating your membership?

The 2020 cricket season already lies some months behind us. And of course we hope you will remain a club member the coming season. For those who wish to revise or terminate their membership: please note that the club must be advised no later than 31 December 2020 ^[1].  You can do that by e-mail (ledenadministratie@konhcvv.nl) or by sending a letter to the membership administration (Ledenadministratie Kon. HC en VV, Van Hogenhoucklaan 37, 2596 TA Den Haag). You can also turn to the membership administration for answers to any questions you may have. Or to HCC committee members or members of the HCC youth committee naturally.

Termination after 31 December 2020 implies the full membership fee for the 2021 season will be due.

Soon after January 1^st the composition of cricket teams for the 2021 season will be taken up. Changes in membership fee 2021

Playing cricket at HCC is financially becoming more and more attractive, especially for HVV members. Compared with 2020 fees have been adjusted only to compensate for inflation.

• Junior HVV members aged up to and including 7 (born in 2013 and later) can take part in the cricket season for free. For non-footballers the fee is € 58 (was € 56)
• The fee for junior HVV members born between 2003 and 2012 will be € 84 (was € 81) for the 2021 cricket season. For non-footballers the fee will be € 142 (was € 137)
• The fee for young senior HVV members (born between 1995 and 2002) goes up from € 61 to € 63 for the 2021 cricket season. For non-footballers the cricket fee will be € 249 (was € 242)
• The fee for senior cricketers aged 26 and over (born in or before 1994) amounts to € 162 (was € 157) for football members and € 348 (was € 338) for non-footballers.

Surcharge in case of payment without automatic collection

By now 98,5% of our members pay by automatic collection. This results in a considerable reduction of administrative work and costs for the club. A € 25 reduction on account of automatic collection has already been incorporated in the published contribution fees. This reduction is not applicable without a standing order. 

Please give a standing order for automatic collection

For those who have not yet authorized automatic collection: it means no more looking after your payment. As well as payment in three instalments (around 25 February, March and April) and prevention of fines owing to late payment.

So please give a standing order for automatic payment. To do so you download the machtigingsformulier, fill it out, scan it and send it to ledenadministratie@konhcvv.nl or print it and send it to Ledenadministratie, Van Hogenhoucklaan 37, 2596 TA Den Haag.
