Game number 3 of HVV’s E10 demonstrated the young team’s clear potential, still in the early stage of becoming a team in every sense of the word and notion.  Paired against SEV’s E3 team, the E10 players moved and passed the ball strategically down the HVV pitch, both offensively and defensively, scoring twice against their opponents who nonetheless managed to prevail against the home team (2-3).  Baptiste scored both the goals for HVV, while Keeper William Tucker made a number of impressive ‘saves’, earning ‘player of the game’ distinction.  Players Ben and Sem are  still out due recent leg injuries.

The team was cheered enthusiastically by parents of both sides and Florent Meier served as team coach for the match.  Departing the pitch, the E10 players were undefeated in spirit despite the game’s outcome, proud of their efforts and even more confident of their ability to play together in the many matches to yet come.
