Being a successful as an top league  cricketers  tarn ends the ability to play an elegant cover drive, brutal pull shot or belligerent forward defence, the best players are not only physically fit and technically sound, they are also extremely mentally strong. 

Mentally toughness is often talk about, but exactly what does it mean, when people talk about players. 

Who is mentally tough ? there have been many description of mental toughness over the years, but in essence it is about ability to perform consistently under pressure . when it all boil down, the game of cricket about eliminate all discretion and giving 100% attention to next ball, simple as this may sound, but in middle it is a nerve which you have to control. 

Why  cricket is king of sport ? because cricket is a psychology and concentration, simply you have face 6 balls with different fashion, short ball, a swinging lethal Yorker or out cutter or in  cutter , or good length outside of off stamps kissing your edge of the bat, all these deliveries are haunting you, As a bowler you must have pin point accuracy to pitch the right place, you must have the master of these deliveries need line and length and discipline, discipline mean setting the perfect fielding, you have to make pre- match strategy(planning) against your opposition.  

Cricket knowledge , captain must have knowledge about opposition team, qualities and weak point of their squad.        

Cricket is a old funny game, some people says cricket is a by chance or luck, 

Why  not its happen with G Mol who hit 89 run 2 wicket against Hcc. No sir it is extreme concentration, technique, patience, temperament to stay in the crease long time to built a inning during the heat of battle, selection of shots and a marvellous placement, ball goes through just like in the eyes of the needle. Sound temperament and best technique he has to playing the fast bowling, Hcc boys could not control and not keeping discipline in the bowling department, Hcc could not create the pressures. Chasing the 219 of course not easy target  it was defendable score. extras were lethal in this match. 

The  opening partnership was destroy the heart and soul of the Hcc boys   

I love the batting of Tony Staal, he has steel of nerve, his attacking style, marvellous technique clean hitting, full of confidence , negotiating the every delivery with merits, he could play the shots both side of the pitch it is rare qualities of the youngster. 

Hidde  Overdijk took 2 wicket within no time, number 6 batting 15 valuable run, he is a class act, and true all rounder, just matter of time he starts to produce lot of runs. 

I think all credits goes to M R Lewis, his cracking 73 and 3 wicket , marvellous placement sound batting technique, running between the wicket is excellent, he administrated the match with intellectual manners. It was classic thriller to watch I think Hcc  give 23 extra which are the cause of defeat, in this match cricket is winner. That is all gentleman.
